This Is Not a Spa Day.
Self Care Saturdays are structured outdoor experiences designed for women 35+ navigating burnout, hormonal shifts, emotional suppression, and identity transitions. Each month combines:
- Somatic release
- Strength-based movement
- Guided reflection
- Community integration
This is where suppressed energy becomes regulated power. All women ready to grow are welcome.

April is the pattern interruption month. Featuring Yo! Crash Mobile Rage Room, this professionally operated experience allows participants to safely discharge suppressed anger and frustration in a structured, guided environment. This is not chaos. This is controlled emotional breakthrough.
April includes:
- Guided grounding + nervous system priming
